TMG - The Marketing Group

Tanya and her partner Laura Matalon joined together in 1999 to form The Marketing Group. Together they oversee all of the productions on the TMG roster. Prior to forming The Marketing Group in 1999, she worked on the national tours of Grand Hotel and worked with Gatchell and Neufeld on the national tours of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lettice and Loveage starring Julie Harris and Crazy for You. Other national tours include Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie starring Nell Carter and then Sally Struthers, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Man of La Mancha starring Robert Goulet, Forever Tango, 2 Pianos, 4 Hands, Spirit, The Sound Of Music starring Richard Chamberlain, Tap Dogs, and Red White and Tuna/Greater Tuna. Beginning in 1994 with the Broadway production of Smokey Joe's Café, TMG began working on marketing and promotions for Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. Previous productions include The Weir, Kat and the Kings, If Memory Serves starring Elizabeth Ashley, 20th Anniversary Production of Annie starring Nell Carter, Communicating Doors, Forever Tango, Kenny Rogers in Christmas from the Heart, Play On, Smokey Joe's Café, The Sound of Music starring Richard Chamberlain, Three For All, and The Original Broadway Swing!. Tanya Grubich began working in the theatrical industry as a Marketing Director for Pace Theatrical (now Clear Channel Entertainment) in Houston. She was the corporate sponsorship liaison, managed six subscription markets and orchestrated production of tour materials for the touring productions of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, David Copperfield, and Fiddler on the Roof.
